Ryan took to his Instagram Stories on Sunday, May 28, 2023, to share a photo, donning a sleeveless shirt that showcases his chiseled biceps. He captioned it, "Summer in New York makes me sorry for the way I treated winter in New York." It was a "hot" photograph, according to Lively who took it. She also reposted it to her Stories with pictures of a pepper, Sriracha bottles, and a warning that read, "Extra spicy."

The actor has collaborated with trainer Don Saladino over the years. "I've been working with Ryan for over a decade," Saladino, who also works with Lively, told Esquire in 2021.
