NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ star Michael Strahan’s girlfriend Kayla Quick has surprised fans with a rare clip promoting a healthy organic drink through her health and beauty company Fizzness' Instagram handle.
The couple has kept their eight-year-long relationship private and away from the gaze of the tabloids but Quick’s recent social media post did take some fans by surprise.
The 33-year-old businesswoman was spotted on a New York sidewalk as she captured a video of herself promoting organic Creation juice, asking her fans to always “bring their own dinner.”

Quick had a radiant glow on her face in the clip as she promoted the drink in her hand.
For her fans, Quick had a “pro tip” which included a word of advice. In the Instagram video, posted to her Fizzness account, Quick said, “Pro tip. Bring your own dinner to dinner," as she showed off a bottle of organic Kreation juice.
The caption read, “Try something light and healthy like greens juice before dinner. You can stick with proteins + veggies entree and skip the tempting apps.”
The Fizzness co-founder looked fresh and relaxed as she sported light makeup.
The clip was a surprise to her followers as the businesswoman rarely posts photos or videos on the platform.
Quick is an entrepreneur who met Strahan back in 2015 at a bar in Port Charlotte, Florida while she was working as a server.
Since then, the duo have been together but aim to keep their relationship out of the public eye.
But despite their reluctance, Strahan and Quick have made some public appearances with the most recent one coming at co-star Robin Roberts’ wedding.

The former NFL star was present at Roberts’ wedding with her longtime girlfriend Quick.
As Quick wore a black dress for the occasion, Strahan sizzled in a grey suit as the duo posed alongside ‘GMA’ co-host Erielle Reshef and her spouse.
The previous grand public appearance that the couple made came a few months ago when Strahan received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Despite these two grand appearances, the couple usually makes a conscious effort to avoid the paparazzi and keep their relationship private.
While Strahan is busy with ‘GMA’ and his other business ventures, Quick is building a health and wellness brand named ‘Fizzness’ as a co-founder.
