Khloe Kardashian sick of people confusing her with 'hot as f**k' sister Kourtney
Khloe Kardashian has taken to Instagram to hilariously address the mix-up between her and sister, Kourtney Kardashian. Earlier this week, the reality started her string of stories writing: "Hey, so for those who can't tell me and @kourtneykardash apart this is for you." "I totally understand how we look like identical twins so this might be challenging for some but hopefully this presentation will help," she continued. "Especially to the people that were screaming 'Kourtney, Kourtney' as I walked by... This one's got you." It comes after Kourtney was called "Khloe" at her Las Vegas wedding ceremony with Travis Barker. An Elvis impersonator, who officiated the day, mistakenly referred to her as her younger sister. Recently, reporters and fans called Khloe "Kourtney" outside the Ritz-Carlton in New York. Sign up for our free Indy100 weekly newsletter Khloe went on to share a photo of her sister, writing: "This is my sister Kourtney. She's pretty fabulous, gorgeous, hysterical… So I get how people mix us up." She then noted that "a few ways to tell us apart is that 99% of the time Kourt is a brunette, whereas I am 99% of the time a blonde." "I get it she is hot as f***... Again, maybe this is where people blending us together because we are fucking identical in the way we look," she joked, before later sharing a photo of the entire family and explicitly pointing to her and Kourtney. "The resemblance is uncanny," she penned. "Yes, I get it." Khloe concluded her Instagram project with: "I hope my presentation helped those that have been confused for over 20 years." Keir Starmer has revealed what his final meal would be
Keir Starmer has revealed what his last ever meal would be. In an appearance on the Table Manners podcast, hosted by Jessie and Lennie Ware, the Labour leader described what he would eat for dinner if he was to be cast out to a desert island for six months. We're not sure what it says about whether or not he is suited to be prime minister, but here's the munch. He would have a seaweed salad for starter, tandoori salmon from a restaurant in Glasgow he likes with dahl, plain naan and pilau rice, and he would finish things off with a baked lemon cheesecake. He would also have pinot grigio as his drink of choice because his wife likes it. How chivalrous. Elsewhere on the food-themed podcast, Starmer said he used to eat jam sandwiches after school and gave up meat 25 years ago "out of principle" despite loving it. His 15-year-old son brings meat into the house which tempts him but his daughter and wife are fully vegetarian. Sign up to our free Indy100 weekly newsletter He said the food in the House of Commons is "nothing special" and he never really gets a lunch break. "I've had lorry loads of tuna sandwiches since I've been in this job," he said. He eats them on the road travelling or while he is working and usually gets them from Pret a Manger, which will no doubt lead to accusations he is a champagne socialist from those a bit too far on the left. He hates bananas and can't even smell them and isn't a fan of avocados either. Despite the lemon cheesecake, he doesn't really have a sweet tooth and only eats dessert "rarely". Starmer also spoke about how important family life is to him. He spends every Friday night with his family so he can see his children. He also said he "loves cooking" and uses it to unwind on a Saturday. He likes making tandoori quorn and "elaborate" pasta bakes but his teenage children can be fussy. As for politics, because that is probably just about more important for him to speak about than food (but only just), he joined the Labour Party at 16 because of a "burning sense" that there needed to be change which came from growing up with little money. "It just made absolute sense to me," he said. He said polarization in politics was "corrosive" and spoke out against tribal politicians who do not mix with the opposition. He wants the next general election to come as soon as possible because "people are really suffering now" with bills and mortgages thanks to the current Tory government and said he was driven by the desire to help the country, rather than get the Labour party into power. "For the country's sake we need it [the general election] soon," he said. We'll back him on that, even if he has weird opinions about avocados. Have your say in our news democracy. All the times Trump was completely inappropriate with his daughter Ivanka
Donald Trump is no stranger to grabbing headlines – among other things – but some of the most questionable of these things he’s said and done in the past are disturbingly about his eldest daughter, Ivanka Trump. From saying he’d have sex with her to touching her inappropriately, the list is exhaustive. It's unclear whether these comments are intended as "jokes" or he simply doesn't realise the problematic nature of what he's saying. Either way, here’s our attempt at documenting all of the super inappropriate things Trump has said or done about or to his daughter. 1. Ivanka sitting on her dad’s lap, as they both sit on a statue of parrots having sex 1996, Vanity Fair 2. ‘Don’t you think my daughter’s hot? She’s hot, right?’ When Ivanka was just 16 years old, she hosted the Miss Teen USA pageant and Donald Trump reportedly made the comment in front of the crowd. 3. ‘She's got the best body.’ In 2003, while on The Howard Stern Show, Trump said: "You know who's one of the great beauties of the world, according to everybody? And I helped create her? Ivanka. My daughter, Ivanka. She's six feet tall. She's got the best body." Good to know. 4. ‘Every guy in the country wants to go out with my daughter.’ In 2004, New York Magazine quoted Trump as having said: "Let me tell you one thing: Ivanka is a great, great beauty. Every guy in the country wants to go out with my daughter. But she’s got a boyfriend." A very very weird flex. 5. Trump agreed Ivanka is a “piece of ass” He said this in 2004, on The Howard Stern Show. Seems to be his favourite place to make awful remarks. 6. ‘She’s actually always been very voluptuous.' Yet again on The Howard Stern Show, this time in 2006, Trump thought it appropriate to discuss his daughter's body, mentioning how "voluptuous" she is, followed by: "She's tall, she's almost 6 feet tall and she's been, she's an amazing beauty." 7. ‘I’ve said that if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.’ Absolutely no comment on this one. It happened in 2006, on The View. Very gross. 8. ‘I was going to say sex’ In 2013, Wendy Williams asked what two things Ivanka and Donald had in common when they both appeared on her show. Ivanka responded "real estate" and "golf" but Trump said: "Well, I was going to say sex but I can’t relate that." 9. When he put both hands on her hips In July 2016 at the Republican National Convention Ivanka introduced her dad on stage. He proceeded to kiss her on both cheeks then put his hands on her hips for literally no discernible reason. 10. If I weren’t happily married and, you know, her father...' In 2015, in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, he said: ‘Yeah, [Ivanka's] really something and what a beauty, that one." He then made the "if I weren't her father" comment and trailed off. We'll let you decide what he was going to end on. 11. ‘[I kiss Ivanka] with every chance I get.’ When the host of the Dr Oz Show remarked that "It’s nice to see a dad kiss his daughter", Trump reportedly responded: "[I kiss Ivanka] with every chance I get." The moment never made it to air but multiple witnesses claim they heard it. Is anyone else creeped out yet? Sign up to our new free Indy100 weekly newsletter Have your say in our news democracy. Holly Willoughby and Alison Hammond smile awkwardly through NTA booing
The National Television Awards returned on Tuesday (5 September) for a night filled with the best of British TV. Attention soon turned to This Morning, which was dethroned after winning daytime, live magazine or topical magazine categories every year since 2011. The audience erupted into boos when the show was announced as hosts Holly Willoughby and Alison Hammond smiled on. It didn't take long for X/Twitter users to chime in with their (brutal) takes, with one writing: "It was amazing that the public showed This Morning how they felt and didn’t vote for them to win the best daytime show at the NTA’s this morning has run its course and should be scrapped." Another wrote: "Highlight of the Year - This Morning getting zilch." A third was delighted to not have to "endure Holly and Phil pretending to be drunk": Another wrote: "They lost to a programme named the Repair Shop. It’s so ironic it's hilarious." Willoughby later took to Instagram with a photo of herself with the show's host Jay Blades to congratulate his win. "To this gorgeous man @jaybladesmbe and the whole team at the @therepairshoptv … Hugest Congratulations!!! And what a night for the incredible Sarah Lancashire… @joeldommett thank you for a great night… See you in the morning," she wrote. On Wednesday's episode of This Morning, Willoughby sent her congratulations to the winners. She said: "A huge congratulations to The Repair Shop, well done you. Jay Blades, just like a special squeeze and lots of love to him. "He ran over to us, gave us all a big cuddle which I just thought was just class and gorgeous. I actually didn’t want to let go. Good hugs Jay Blades." Sign up for our free Indy100 weekly newsletter Have your say in our news democracy.
