She previously served as former President Donald Trump’s senior advisor alongside husband Jared Kushner, but then once her father announced his second run for the presidency, Ivanka launched an extended campaign to stop being associated with her father’s misdeeds.
In the midst of her struggle to distance herself from her father, Ivanka has been living it up one day at a time, making new friends and trying to get back into the A-list circles. Recently, Ivanka was spotted out and about with her family, surfing in Costa Rica, and now partying on a yacht, all while her father has been involved in legal disputes. Ivanka and Kushner are having a blast now while vacationing in Spain. On Sunday, June 25, 2023, the former political staffer posted videos of their family vacation to her Instagram Stories, including a night out dancing with famed DJ David Guetta, as per reports.
"It has been a rough period for all of the Trump kids, but Ivanka has always been especially close to her father," an insider described the tricky circumstance. "She loves him, her kids love him, and they are still a close family. But Ivanka does not want to be involved with the legal issues. She is removed from it and has adapted well to Miami. Her whole family loves it," the source added, as reported by OK Magazine.
'Jared has lots of business going on in South Florida'
Ivanka and Jared were both extensively involved in the 45th commander-in-chief's presidency, but they are currently focusing their talents elsewhere. "Jared has lots of business going on in South Florida," the source said.
Donald Trump has stated explicitly that none of his children will hold cabinet roles if he is elected again in 2024. "I said, ‘That’s enough for the family,'" the right-wing leader recently said, adding, "It’s too painful for the family. My family has been through h***."
"Nobody has been through what my family has been through. Ivanka had a really successful line of clothing. I mean, making a fortune. When I did this, she was really — she closed it up," he acknowledged the sacrifices they made for him.
Donald Trump is now engaged in two legal fights related to his two indictments -- the Mar-a-Lago trial, and the hush money trial, as per reports.
