Billionaire Michael Rubin, 50, the CEO of the sports memorabilia manufacturer Fanatics, held the event in the Hamptons. Michael's celebration, where everyone wore white, was well-covered, and pictures swamped social media. Both Kim, 42, and her suspected flame Tom, 45, were prominent attendees at the celebration. White crop tops and sheer panels were all over Kardashian's maxi skirt. An over-the-shoulder sweater was part of the NFL player's preppy ensemble. Sadly, no pictures of the supposed pair were taken together.

The account also quoted another insider and added that the two stars "were in touch because Kim is looking to buy property in this area where Tom has a vacation home."
