'Lock this disgusting man up': Outrage as 'Daisy Jones & The Six' actor accused of sexual assault by 3 women

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: Sebastian Chacon, a 30-year-old actor, has been accused of raping and sexually assaulting three women.

According to the lawsuit filed in New York on Wednesday, November 22, the ‘Daisy Jones & The Six’ actor's purported assaults took place in New York, Los Angeles, and New Orleans between 2017 and 2022.

This lawsuit was brought under the 'Adult Survivors Act' of New York, which had temporarily suspended the statute of limitations, but it expires tomorrow.

An attorney for Chacon said in a statement to the outlet that the actor, "vehemently denies these allegations."

What was revealed in the lawsuit?

According to a copy of the complaint, the first victim who is referred to as Jane Doe 1 alleged that Chacon groomed her "under the guise of a romantic relationship" in the summer of 2017 on the set of the television show ‘Crash and Burn’ when she was 16 and he was 24.

She claimed that in December 2017, while she was still underage, he forced her to consume several drinks containing alcohol at a fundraising event before allegedly conducting oral sex and "forcibly" penetrating her vagina without consent or contraception at his residence.

The other two women referred to in the lawsuit as Jane Doe 2 and Jane Doe 3, claimed to be in romantic relationships with the actor and accused him of "love bombing," an action defined by psychotherapists as a "form of psychological and emotional manipulation that leads to gaslighting and abuse."

Jane Doe 2 and Jane Doe 3 have made similar allegations against Chacon, detailing their experiences of hostility, aggression, and emotional manipulation during their time with the actor in the lawsuit.

Doe 2 reported fainting during sexual intercourse and losing consciousness, with Chacon at the time claiming that she was out for about 30 seconds.

She also claimed that Chacon continued sexual intercourse when she was unresponsive after fainting, disregarding her pleas to stop.

Doe 2 sought medical assistance for her fainting spells, but Chacon discouraged her efforts.

Doe 3 alleges that Chacon repeated his pattern of love bombing and detailed moments of emotional and physical abuse.

In February 2022, Doe 3 experienced a similar incident, where he allegedly placed his hand around her neck, causing her to panic and remove his hands.

Following the alleged experiences with Chacon, all three women claim to have attempted suicide or had suicidal thoughts.

They want a jury trial and "compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering."

Aurore DeCarlo, the attorney for the three women, said in a statement to PEOPLE, “the facts alleged in the complaint, speak for themselves.”

“I just think it's a huge testament to the strength and courage of these women that they found each other,” she continued.

She added, “They realized that they had experienced that same pattern of abuse or a very similar pattern of abuse and they've banded together to hold this individual accountable.”

“It obviously was not an easy decision for them to make,” she shared, "and they know that they have a hard road ahead of them, but it was very important for them to bring these allegations to light."

Chacon’s attorney, Jeff Chabrowe, also shared a statement with PEOPLE. “Mr Chacon vehemently denies these allegations,” he wrote.

"Chacon and his close friends and family have been verbally abused, harassed, and threatened by the accusers" who have sought "millions of dollars" from the actor, according to Chacon's attorney.

"Mr Chacon refused to compromise his ethical beliefs; this lawsuit is purely a result of his refusal to be extorted.”

Chabrowe continued: "Mr Chacon will fully cooperate with any investigation and provide any evidence necessary to prove his innocence. We have complete faith in our legal system and trust that the truth will ultimately prevail."
