In the latest episode of 'Love Island USA', Ariana served as the host for a new challenge instead of becoming an islander herself. The challenge was called Mr and Mrs and tested just how well each of the current couples knows each other. Besides the compatibility check, the game also brought some tension and drama. The game kicked off with a challenge to reveal body counts. Ariana asked the girls to reveal their boys' body count. Marco revealed in the latest episode that his body count is 71. However, when Ariana turned to Hannah for Marco's body count, the 'Vanderpump Rules' star slammed him about his lie. She said, "Oh Marco... I have been watching this season so far that is not the answer that you originally said." As viewers could recall, Marco dubbed himself a player and previously noted that his body count is 72.
