NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Ousted ‘Good Morning America’ star TJ Holmes took to Instagram to share a personal milestone from his running session in preparation for the upcoming New York City Marathon in November 2023.
The 46-year-old journalist posted a few screenshots of his running statistics which captured the former ‘GMA’ star's impressive ability to complete the run in a shorter span of time.
Holmes is a certified marathon runner and is often joined by former co-host and girlfriend, Amy Robach on his runs across New York.
The duo are expected to run in the NYC marathon together and continue to share updates from their respective preparations. Although, at times, they are often spotted together on those runs.

Holmes shared a carousel post on his Instagram with the first snap showing two shadows.
The first shadow appeared to be of Holmes while the shadows next to him looked like Robach, who often joins him on the run.
The former ‘GMA’ star then went on to share a screenshot of his running app which captured the performance of one of his evening runs.
In this snapshot, Holmes seems to have run 20 miles in just under three hours, with the app informing him that he achieved a personal record.
Holmes followed this snap with another screenshot of the running app. In this one, the ex-‘GMA3’ host seems to have taken it easy as he ran five miles in 42 minutes and 56 seconds.
These screenshots clearly depict that Holmes is deeply engrossed in preparing for the NYC marathon and is ready to overcome any challenges that he might face on the day.
Holmes also shared a snap of his Spotify playlist which he listens to during his running adventure. It had a long list of some classics by Prince, Jamie Cullum, and John Legend.

TJ Holmes’ divorce with ex-wife Marilee Fiebig is now finalized
Holmes and Fiebig’s lawyers filed the finalized divorce paperwork on October 11 in the New York County Supreme Court, as reported by US Weekly.
However, the settlement and divorce judgment are still pending, despite a certificate of dissolution having been processed in the court.
The news comes almost one year after his relationship with his former ‘GMA3’ co-host, Robach, went public.
Fiebig and Holmes got married in 2010 and also have a nine-year-old daughter named Sabine.
