'Plot twist no one expected': Grayson Chrisley opens up about flirty exchange with Alabama Barker

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Grayson Chrisley has expressed his happiness after getting flirtatious with Alabama Barker. The teenager also disclosed that he’s indeed crushing over Travis Barker’s 17-year-old daughter while appearing on ‘Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley’ on Tuesday, June 6.

During the podcast with his elder sister Savannah, Grayson spoke about the comment he left on Alabama’s Instagram post on May 15. The internet personality’s social media share included a series of her pictures with a caption that read, “Treat ya exes like they enemies🧡.” Below that post, the 17-year-old son of Todd and Julie Chrisley wrote, “We married she jus don’t know it yet 😂😂.”

‘I think it would be interesting’

Referring to the comment, he told the 25-year-old host, as per People, “I thought it was pretty funny.” Savannah then stated, “What a plot twist no one ever expected,” to which Grayson replied, “That’s what the comments said! 'This is the crossover I never expected but I'm here for it.’ I think it would be interesting.”

The actor also revealed that his remark was “the most liked comment under her post” and Alabama apparently took interest in him as she checked his share on the Instagram Story “right after.”

During the podcast episode, Savannah also went on to compliment Alabama and called her “the cutest girl.” “Like naturally, when she doesn’t put all her makeup and stuff on, she is so freaking cute,” she noted, and her younger brother added, “Yeah, so do I. That’s why I commented!”

‘Some days are harder than others’

The sister-brother duo also opened up about their lives after their parents went to jail. They reportedly travel often to meet their father and mother, who are held at FPC Pensacola and FMC Lexington, Kentucky respectively. Grayson said, “I struggle going back to back weeks because I’m in that mood… and then I go and start it all over again. You never really get out of it. Some days or weeks are harder than others.”

He also mentioned, “It’s not that I don’t want to go, but I’m also 17.” Savannah seemed to grasp his point as she added, “I think that’s a hard balance that we have yet to find. But then it’s also hard because there are some weekends you don't want to go, but then the hard part is when you don't go, our schedules don't align. And then you don't see one of them for three or four weeks and then you're struggling because you haven't seen him for that long.”
