Britney Spears posts throwback pic of son Jayden, captions it 'mine' as Kevin Federline prepares for Hawaii move with their sons

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Britney Spears had one word to describe her relation to son Jayden James — "mine". Her one word caption for a throwback photo of Jayden as a young child comes amid news that Britney's ex Kevin Federline is planning to move to Hawaii with his family. The 'Toxic' singer, 41, has 16-year-old Jayden and second son Sean Preston,17, with rapper Kevin, 45, who has sole custody of the two children. He has allegedly promised to appear in court to convince a judge to approve the singers' August move from Los Angeles to Hawaii with his wife Victoria Prince and the kids.

Britney used a Chinese symbol that means "Mine" to caption a flashback photo of Jayden in which he was seen resting on the floor playing a computer game. It appears that the 'One More Time' singer is once again active after suspending her account on June 9, 2023. She made the headlines at the time for "forgetting the comments" following a "strange" post about Brad Pitt. This time, the singer didn't forget to turn off the comments on the posts.

How did Kevin respond to Britney fans' claims?

In the midst of her most recent family strife, Britney has published numerous images of Jayden and Sean on social media in recent weeks. Sean was referred to as her "first love" in a different post. In May, it was revealed that the children's father, Kevin, wants to move the family to Hawaii because their stepmother, Victoria, received a job offer there. Kevin recently refuted reports from followers that he plans to relocate them to Hawaii to prolong his child support obligations to the actress and "exploit" her. When a photographer questioned K-Fed about statements made by Britney's fans, K-Fed responded, "A lot of people say a lot of stupid things."

She won't 'interfere with' Kevin's move plans

In Hawaii, if a child is enrolled full-time in a vocational or trade school, a college, or an authorized university, child support payments are imposed for children up to the age of 23. After their divorce in 2007, Britney has been giving Kevin $20,000 a month for the maintenance of their children. In May 2018, the 45-year-old DJ asked for that amount to be increased to $60,000. The ex-couple came to a secret deal three months later. According to reports, Britney and her sons haven't spoken since 2022, and they skipped her wedding to Sam Asghari, 29, last year. According to Spears' lawyer Mathew Rosengart, she won't "interfere with" Kevin's move plans, as reported by Page Six.
