BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Once more, Andrew Tate, the polarizing influencer, finds himself in the spotlight, this time for deeply troubling allegations. Four British women have come forward, accusing him of sexual assault and coercive control.

Tate is currently embroiled in an extensive legal dispute. He faces allegations of human trafficking and involvement in organized crime.

Recently, Andrew Tate was preparing legal action by filing a defamation lawsuit against the individuals making these accusations. Notably, the alleged victims have requested anonymity in the case.

Andrew Tate's alleged victims accuse him of assault 'until their blood vessels burst'

Four British women have reportedly initiated preparations for legal action against Tate, alleging that he subjected them to choking to the extent that it resulted in the bursting of blood vessels in their eyes.

The former kickboxer is presently awaiting trial in Romania, facing charges related to human trafficking and the formation of a criminal gang aimed at exploiting women, charges he vehemently refutes.

These women are in the process of filing claims in the High Court, encompassing accusations of rape, coercive control, and choking.

According to The Sun, they contend that they fell victim to sexual violence at the hands of Tate during the years 2013 to 2016, a period antedating his emergence as an influencer.

Tate, denying all allegations, has purportedly issued threats to pursue defamation suits against these individuals, as outlined in The Sunday Times.

The Sun's report provided explicit details of one alleged assault, where a woman claimed that Tate had choked her to the point of causing blood vessels in her eyes to burst, used a belt to physically assault her, and subjected her to multiple instances of rape, all while exercising coercive control over her.

As per The Sun, a victim accused Tate of "choking them until blood vessels burst in their eyes, beating them with a belt, and raping them numerous times and coercively controlling them".

As per The Sun, one of the women stated that Tate had sent her a text message containing the message: "I love raping you."

At the time of these alleged crimes, three women had approached the police; however, the Crown Prosecution Service declined to press charges following a four-year investigation.

According to The Sun, these women insisted that their only recourse now was a civil case, and they intended to sue Tate for personal injury and physical harm.

They also expressed concerns about Tate's burgeoning online following and the influence of his videos.

As per The Sun the the alleged victims cited instances of children emulating his behavior and parroting his slogans, “slap, grab, choke, shut up, b****, sex” thereby contributing to his portrayal as a "martyr of masculinity."

According to The Sun, one victim disclosed that they had been compelled to witness Andrew's departure from the country while still under investigation, subsequently observing his ascent to fame and influence.

According to The Sun, a victim said, "We were forced to watch as Andrew was allowed to leave the country while still under investigation, and saw his fame and influence grow in the way that it did."

Matthew Jury, the solicitor representing the British women at McCue Jury & Partners, displayed confidence in their ability to pursue personal legal action against Tate, even though he resided in Romania.

As per The Sun, he pointed out that Tate's substantial wealth made such action feasible, contingent upon the location of his assets, as UK judgments could be enforced abroad.

According to The Sun, Jury said, "We know he is a wealthy individual. Depending on the country in which assets are located, UK judgments are enforceable abroad."

According to The Sun, a spokesperson for Tate responded to the allegations by attributing them to a letter submitted by Matthew Jury, wherein he suggested resolution through financial compensation.

The spokesperson emphasized that this letter did not constitute a formal legal case.

As per The Sun, the spokesperson asserted that the allegations "stem from a letter submitted by Matthew Jury, in which he suggested mediation through financial compensation. It is important to emphasize that this letter does not constitute a formal legal case."

According to The Sun, in response to McCue Jury & Partners, Tate denied the allegations and articulated his intent to resist any effort to grant anonymity to the complainants should legal proceedings be initiated.

Additionally, he hinted at the possibility of pursuing proceedings against the complainants for defamation.

As per The Sun, Tate stated, "If proceedings are brought, I shall resist any attempt to claim anonymity for all or any of the complainants."

According to The Sun, in April, three British webcam models who had worked alongside Tate claimed that they had been raped and subjected to abuse by the influencer.

They had reported these allegations to UK police eight years ago but alleged that detectives had failed to conduct a thorough investigation before ultimately dropping the case.

One user wrote, "THIS is what some guys think is a " manly" man?!😂"

Another user wrote, "Apart from being a disgusting individual in all respects, he looks like a thumb in too small clothes. I fail to understand his attraction to his followers, other than that they're even bigger losers than he is."

A user stated, "I hope they win of course. Not sure why the Police in the UK couldn't arrest him."
