MALTA, MEDITERRANEAN SEA: When viewers first met Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya on Season 8 of '90 Day Fiancé,' they appeared like the perfect fit.
However, the TLC couple was recently chastised for what many may regard as a terrible parenting decision.
Jovi turned to Instagram on August 27 to share some vacation photos in Malta, an island country in Southern Europe, with his daughter, Milah.
The father of one wrote in the captions, "Little boss finally decided to pose for the camera. She is only willing to take a picture if she gets money."
It didn't take long for the reality star's fans to criticize the couple's parenting choices. One user wrote, "Sounds like her mom."
Another person chimed in, "A little girl requesting money? That’s not cute at all."
One user also took a jab at Yara as they wrote, "Who does she remind us of?" Others commented, "Terrible! Money for a smile?? Really!!??"
One person quipped, speaking of Jovi's mom, "Love to know Ms Gwen’s spin on that!!" Another follower wrote, "With that kind of mom, not surprise."
Is Yara Zaya filing for divorce from Jovi Dufren?
Jovi is in serious trouble because of his night with '90 Day: The Last Resort' co-star Angela Deem.
In an exclusive sneak peek from the TLC series' August 28 episode, Jovi's wife Yara is furious because he opted "to go out and get drunk with Angela" rather than spend time with her at the couple's retreat.
"Okay, you’re choosing to f---ing lie to me and hide s--- from me, so what do you want in return?"
Jovi defends his decision to let off steam when his wife surreptitiously took birth control because she wasn't ready for a second kid.
The Ukrainian native called his remark "disrespectful," claiming that he was the one who was wronged.
However, she refuses to accept full responsibility, stating, "Jovi, I did wrong, and I admit that, but this is not right. This is so sick. This is so f---ing sick, Jovi. You are the problem."
"Oh, I'm the problem," he confesses. "You’re f---ing manipulating me with f---ing birth control; that is not okay," he says.
Yara stresses that the fact that she isn't ready to extend their family isn't a reason for him to "get drunk with Angela."
Jovi admits in a confessional that he was having second thoughts about his night out as well as his future with Yara, explaining, "Maybe Angela wasn't the best person for me to hang out with last night in the state I was in, and maybe I shouldn't have gotten so drunk, but I don't think Yara really understands how much she hurt me and how worried I am about our future."
Yara then forces him to get assistance and threatens to divorce him because of his night with Angela. "We have a real problem; I'm telling you right now," she adds.
"If you're gonna do this to me, we gonna get divorced because ... I do not want to do that," she says.
"I’m washing my hands right now. You are the problem. Go to rehab. Go do something to yourself. You have a problem, and I’m so freaking hurt that you think it’s OK to do this to me. I just can’t!" says Yara.
"This is not normal! Bringing somebody into my bed—that’s not okay, and I’m sorry, but I’m so freaking hurt right now," she says before exiting the room.

Fans of '90 Day Fiance' have seen Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya of St Tammany Parish tie the knot, conceive a kid, and relocate to the suburbs.
On '90 Day: The Last Resort,' the couple will join four other '90 Day' couples in an attempt to preserve their marriages.
The new TLC series, which premieres Monday at 8 pm, sends the cast to an island paradise for a couple's retreat to try to work out their marital troubles or call it quits.
"I've been miserable for the last 2½ years," Yara, a Ukrainian native, says in a recent promo for the program.
"Our marriage is pretty rocky right now," Jovi, a Larose native, says as the two stand facing one another on a lovely beach.
Did Jovi Dufren cheat on Yara Zaya?
On Instagram, Yara and Jovi appear to be enjoying their happily ever after, but '90 Day: The Last Resort' shows that their marriage is problematic, maybe owing to a mystery lady.
"Accusations are flying!" says the title of a video posted on Instagram by '90 Day Fiancé' featuring Yara and Jovi.
It's a collection of scenes from '90 Day: The Last Resort' featuring the pair, implying that Yara is threatened by the presence of a woman in her and Jovi's lives. "Our marriage is pretty rocky," Jovi confessed to the cameras.
The next scene features a video taken by what looks to be a camera in the '90 Day Fiance' couple's room at Isla Bella Beach Resort.
Jovi slumps on the bed with a disappointed expression on his face. In the meantime, Yara, who is standing in front of him, says, "Bringing someone into my bed, that's not okay."
Yara also admits that they "really needed therapy" for whatever is going on between them.
A clip from '90 Day: The Last Resort' supertease by '90 Day Fiance' on Instagram, in which Jovi snubs Big Ed Brown, has gone viral.
The circumstances leading up to Jovi threatening Big Ed also include a discussion about a mysterious woman.
Yara and Jovi are on a boat when she sobs, "Why would you text her?" Jovi expresses no regret, saying, "I was just trying to have fun last night."
Big Ed telling Yara, "He's more excited about seeing this girl than you," sets off Jovi, who has never been Big Ed's biggest admirer.
Is Yara Zaya not ready for second child with Jovi Dufren?
Yara is speaking out about '90 Day: The Last Resort.' Yara sprung a baby-planning bombshell on her husband Jovi on the August 21 episode of the TLC reality show.
During a trust exercise, the Ukraine native admitted that she had been covertly using birth control because she was afraid Jovi would purposefully make her pregnant.
When Jovi inquired whether she believed he would purposefully get her pregnant without "having a plan together," Yara defended herself by pointing out his obsession with getting his way.
Jovi revealed in a shared confessional that he didn't like how Yara broke the news to him in front of their castmates.
Jovi's displeasure was apparent to his other castmates, who similarly responded to the shocking news, with Kelly Brown adding that his disappointment was obvious to everyone.
