NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ star Michael Strahan recently got down on one knee, demonstrating a football move that looked like he was about to attack podcaster Brendan Dunne on his show.

The 51-year-old ‘GMA’ host appeared on the 'Complex Sneakers' podcast co-hosted by Dunne to discuss everything around his love for sneakers and his life during the NFL.

Strahan posted a snap from the podcast, where he was spotted on one knee, looking directly at Dunne, with his hands fisted on the ground, as if ready to tackle the podcaster with all his might.

Dunne later commented on Strahan’s snap and joked, “Thank you for sparing my life.”

Strahan flexed his athletic abilities on the podcast with Dunne, showing his fans that he still has the moves.

It was a taste of how he played football in his heyday as he shared a picture on his Instagram, kneeling beside the couch he most likely was sitting on as if he was going to do a snap pass.

He looked toward Complex host Brendan Dunne, who was sitting on the couch, holding an invisible football.

From what was visible to the naked eye, Strahan appeared to have an attacking stance and look on his face.

The ‘GMA’ post wasted no time in captioning the post, “Don’t forget I was a football player first. Always ready LOLOL! @michaelstrahanbrand @complex.”

Dunne was shook at Strahan’s seriousness in the moment and later thanked the former NFL star for “sparing his life.”

Fans were impressed that Michael was still agile. "Still in great shape," one fan praised. Another added, "No Doubt still got it!” While a third person remarked, "Still yoked it seems.”

A fourth mentioned, “How is that guy not even flinching?” and a fifth joked, “Go for Michael.”
