LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Arianna Davis is a talented dancer and social media personality who gained fame through her appearance on the reality TV show 'Lizzo's Watch Out for the Big Grrrls'. This is a reality show where 13 women compete to be dancers for Lizzo, the host of the show. Arianna was selected as a dancer for her crew.

However, Davis's dance journey with Lizzo took a dark turn. Together with two other former dancers Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez, Davis filed a lawsuit against the pop star, alleging weight-shaming, "sexual harassment," and the creation of a "hostile work environment." The filing states that the trio also accuse the 'Truth Hurts' hitmaker of allegedly "inviting cast members to take turns touching the nude performers" inside a strip club in Amsterdam.

Disturbing allegations of inappropriate behavior and retaliation

The lawsuit further alleged that Lizzo encouraged inappropriate behavior, such as "catching dildos launched from the performers' vaginas, and eating bananas protruding from the performers' vaginas." In another incident, Lizzo allegedly pressured Davis "to touch the breasts of one of the nude women," reported NBC News. When Davis refused multiple times, the singer reportedly insisted and created an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Subsequently, Davis was terminated after secretly recording a meeting with other dancers and the singer in April. The decision to record was prompted by her struggle with an eye condition that left her feeling "disoriented." Upon discovering the recording, the lawsuit states, "Lizzo became furious, hurling expletives at the group and stated that she was going to go around the room, person-by-person until someone told Lizzo who made the recording." She assured that the video was deleted, yet she was "berated" and then promptly fired "on the spot."

Who is Arianna Davis?

Hailing from Indianapolis, Davis has been immersed in the world of dance since she was just two years old. Over the years, she has honed her skills in various dance styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, hip-hop, and lyrical. Davis gushed in an interview last year, "Dance to me is something that you have to do when you don't have words to express yourself. When you can't sing it, you can't say it, you can't act it out. You can't do anything except physically move to express yourself. When I have no words, I just dance."

Apart from dancing, Davis also produces fitness cardio workout videos, and she has gained a substantial following on TikTok under the handle @aridavis5678. Davis's big breakthrough came when she participated in the Emmy-winning reality show 'Lizzo's Watch Out for the Big Grrrls' where Lizzo handpicked her newest dance team members. Her exceptional talent and charisma secured her a coveted spot, and in September 2022, she embarked on an exciting journey as part of Lizzo's touring crew. Not limited to just dancing, Davis also possesses a flair for singing.

She has even released her own song titled 'Dancing With You' available on major music platforms like Spotify, Amazon Music, and iTunes, and the song also has a music video on YouTube. Recently, she has been sharing clips of herself playing the guitar and singing original songs and covers, showcasing her true passion for music. In regards to her own goals, Davis stated, "I just really want to be a trailblazer, and spread joy because I feel like there's not enough in the industry. There's not enough in the world. And just to be kind to everybody. You know, I feel like if I represent that in my daily life, maybe I can represent that for other people."
