Who is Forsen? Twitch streamer surpasses xQc's 'Minecraft' speedrunning record, Internet dubs Juicer 'unlucky'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Hans Eli Sebastian Fors, known by the pseudonym Forsen, is a prominent Swedish Twitch streamer.

He gained initial fame through 'StarCraft II' competitions and has significantly contributed to the gaming community through his exceptional skills in Hearthstone and his diverse range of streamed popular games.

Moreover, Forsen has a devoted fan base, affectionately referring to themselves as “Forsenboys” or “Forsen Bajs,” who have actively played a role in popularizing various internet memes.

Felix Lengyel, well-known as xQc, has once more found himself in the limelight as Forsen surpassed his 'Minecraft' speedrunning record.

The two streamers have been engaged in a friendly competition for the past three years, striving to outdo each other’s speedruns. Continue reading to find out the details of their most recent livestream event.

Forsen’s new record against xQc in 'Minecraft'

During the recent speedrunning competition between Forsen and xQc, Forsen emerged as the victor.

To provide some context, since May 2023, xQc has held the record for defeating the Ender Dragon at 16 minutes and 38 seconds, besting Forsen’s previous record by over two minutes.

Confident in his accomplishment, xQc wore the metaphorical 'Minecraft' speedrun crown, believing it would secure his victory over his fellow Twitch streamer, having achieved a time of under 17 minutes. However, his reign was short-lived, as Forsen dedicated the next five months to reclaiming the title.

A clip of Forsen narrowly reclaiming the record circulated on Reddit. At precisely 16 minutes and 37 seconds, the Ender Dragon succumbed, prompting Forsen to exit to the main menu swiftly.

Forsen’s strategy involved stacking beds amid the Ender Dragon’s spawn, causing significant damage upon detonation. As his supply of beds depleted, he resorted to attacking the dragon with an iron axe until its demise.

Unlike xQc’s exuberant celebration upon setting the previous record, Forsen marked his achievement with a composed exit to the main menu, gazing off to the left.

Forsen’s body language conveyed the culmination of extensive effort and dedication toward this milestone. It remains uncertain whether xQc will embark on another endeavor to surpass Forsen’s 16 minutes and 37 seconds time.

Internet reacts to Forsen’s victory over xQc

After viewing the YouTube video featuring Forsen and xQc, fans rushed to the comment section to express their thoughts. One fan claimed, “We love Minecraft, we love Minecraft the Forsen guy knows we love Minecraft :D !!!!!! I just hope Forsen keeps playing this for years to come as these speed runs are just so much much (:.”

Another fan said, “Almost half a year just to beat the record by a few seconds. Jesus, thank God he threw that. It would have been beaten literally the next day.”

The third fan claimed, “It would have been so funny if Forsen beat the record by 1 second after spending over 150 days playing Minecraft, but he had to throw... I am very disappointed.”

Someone else said, “Anytime you think the throws couldn’t get any worse, Forsen manages to prove us wrong.” Another wrote, “At least he is always reinventing the way he throws.”
